Classes are based on a Hatha style of Yoga, but take participants requirements and goals into consideration. 

So if  you are looking to incorporate some cross training to maintain flexibility while running, or if you are looking to loose up from hours upon hours of sitting behind your computer screen, our tailored classes help you to achieve those goals. 

We also pay close attention to any injuries you may have and help you to manage and condition the body around those.

One-on-One Yoga

Book your one-on-one or two-on-one yoga sessions today.

R195/hour per person, billed upfront at the start of each month. Sessions not cancelled/rescheduled with 12 hours prior notice will be forfeit.
